2nd Shift Supervisor, Production—Minimum of three years experience in supervisory, leadership capacity; working knowledge of blueprint reading and SPC; strong computer skills and working knowledge of related software programs.

CMM Operator—High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to proficiently use calipers, micrometer, and other measuring instruments; basic math skills required; must be able to achieve minimum of 70% on placement scoring; must be capable of successfully passing blueprint, GDT training.

Facilities and Maintenance Manager— Four-year technical degree level of knowledge/minimum six years experience in metal fabrication machining and forming; four years supervisory experience.

VSM Engineer (Value Stream Engineer)—Three to five years of management/supervisory experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in manufacturing, PC skills.

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician—Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and manage the P.M. System.

Quality Auditor—High School Diploma or GED; must be able to read blueprints, be analytical, and understand and use SPC, computer skills.

Truck Driver (Must Have Class A CDL)—High School Diploma or GED.

3rd Shift PM Technician—High School Diploma or GED; knowledge of technical/machine skills.

Materials Specialist—High School diploma or GED; strong math skills required

Quality Engineer—Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
